1) Walking
If you are a beginner it is recommended that you start with walking and then move up to the more advanced exercises. Do you suffer from overweight then it is really recommended that you start with walking. Walking does burn calories but you have to do it for at least thirty minutes per workout.
2) Weight lifting
This is one of the best fat burning exercises and which such a lot of workout it never gets boring. Weight lifting is an ideal way to build muscles and the more muscles you have the more fat you will burn. My suggestion to you is do between six or twelve reps, how much you really needs depends on your goal. For example if it is your goal to train your abs you will have to do more reps then someone who wants to get rid of stubborn fat.
3) Rowing machine
Exercising on the rowing machine won’t only help you to lose fat but you gain muscle mass as well. Rowing burns the most calories and it trains all the muscle groups in your body.
4) HIIT training
Strange enough not many fitness trainers are aware of HIIT (high intensity interval training) but it gains definitely a place in our top 5. HIIT exercises are workouts with low-medium intervals alternated with high intensity intervals. Normally if you want to get results from a cardio workout it takes between thirty and sixty minutes. With HIIT training you see results in as short as twenty minutes. The biggest benefit of it is that it accelerates the fat burning process up to 24 hours.
5) Running
Running is our last word and the great benefit is that you can do it every time you want. You don’t need extra equipment although a good pair of shoes is recommended. But on the other hand running can result in injuries. An additional warning as well if your goal is to burn fat and to lose muscles at the same time then extreme amount of running can end up in muscle loss.
