The first thing is that you shouldn’t overdo sugar and fat. Everything should be kept in moderation. That is really why we are healthy and aren’t that fat. Every meal should have vegetables, carbs (potatoes or rice mainly), meat, fish, etc. You shouldn’t have more than one thing. Also, its OK to stray out of this once in a while, and have a party.
The second thing is that you should get at least 10-20 min. every day of good cardio. If you can do something to make you sweat at least once a day its good for you. You should eat healthier, with more balanced meals along with getting a basic workout every day.
The third thing is that, if you are serious about being fit, start improving in a gradual way. So say you want to run 3 miles every day. Keep doing that until it gets too easy, then try 4 or 5 miles. Eventually, running gets much easier for you and that way you start setting goals for yourself.
Now that we are past the first three things, lets move on. I think that once you get that down, you should start getting healthier, and you can start sculpting that muscle. You can go to the gym, try martial arts, do sports, and that way not only do you get fit, but you also will get really healthy.
This was a short article, and I must say, its all from my own personal experience. Also, if you want to try chinese and dont know what to order, then take my advice:
1. White Rice
2. Mustard Greens
3. Jellyfish (its good, trust me)
4. Fish, any kind.
5. Chicken
6. Fried Rice if you want it instead of white rice
