Cleaning of the human body is very important and it should be a priority. Our bodies absorb all sorts of contaminants from the water, industry and even the air. Consider if you will the Chlorine in the water and how much seeps into the skin when you take a shower, go into a hot tub or swimming pool?
What about when you work on your car and you end up with gasoline, grease, oil on your skin? How about when you clean out your bathtub, sink or spray chemicals on the kitchen counters to clean the bacteria? Well it sure works, but it also cleans all the good bacteria on your skin and your bio-system then will need time to regroup.
You see, we are constantly absorbing not so good chemicals into our bodies that our bodies have not evolved to handle and which are quite dangerous. Sure in trace amounts such a bio-system is very capable of cleansing its self and no worries really. The human body is a marvel in biological and organic engineering, but it has limits just like anything else of course.
Occasionally the human body needs a boost to help naturally abate these compounds and chemicals, which have entered our bio-system like illegal immigrants wishing to tap into a free ride and stay for a while causing havoc. Therefore exercising and getting the sweat glands to move the debris back out, eating right and lowering stress will really help you. Consider this in 2006.
